Coit tower

Description

Coit Tower, also known as the Lillian Coit Memorial Tower, is a 210-foot (64 m) tower in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The tower, in the city's Pioneer Park, was built in 1933 using Lillie Hitchcock Coit's bequest to beautify the city of San Francisco

So I went to Coit Tower with friends. The tower is located on a hill. The first thing that surprised me was the price. Indeed, $ 8 just for a lift. They benefit, but the Coit tower is a thing to do in San Francisco.First, it is an old elevator probably typical American. In fact, avoid going on weekends, because there are a lot of people and just one elevator ...At the top, I was surprised by the height of the tower. Indeed, we expect a great view at the top of the monument. It's just wonderful ! You can see the Golden Gate Bridge, a view of the various districts and the city center as you can see on my photos. It was a nice moment where you can admire the city of San Francisco.
